1) The warranty period starts from the delivery of the goods and is 2 (two) years.
2) All parts of the goods, including all parts, are covered by the warranty.
3) If it is understood that the goods are defective, the consumer may use one of the rights in Article 11 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502: a) Return from the contract, b) Request a discount from the sales price, c) Request free repair, d) Request replacement with a defect-free replica sold.
4) If the consumer chooses the right to free repair from these rights, the seller is obliged to repair or have the goods repaired without any charge under the name of labour cost, replacement part cost or any other name.
5) If the consumer exercises the right to free repair of the goods; a) If it malfunctions again within the warranty period, b) If the maximum time required for repair is exceeded, c) If it is determined by the authorised service station, seller, manufacturer or importer with a report that it is not possible to repair; The consumer may request from the seller the return of the goods, the price discount in proportion to the defect or, if possible, the replacement of the goods with a defect-free equivalent. The seller cannot refuse the consumer's request. If this request is not fulfilled, the seller, manufacturer and importer are jointly and severally liable.
6) The repair period of the goods shall not exceed 30 (thirty) working days. This period starts from the date of notification of the malfunction of the goods to the authorised service station or the seller within the warranty period, or from the date of delivery of the goods to the authorised service station outside the warranty period. If the malfunction of the goods is not resolved within 15 (fifteen) working days, the manufacturer or importer; until the repair of the goods is completed, another goods with similar characteristics must be allocated to the use of the consumer. In case of failure of the goods within the warranty period, the time spent in repair shall be added to the warranty period.
7) Failures arising from the use of the goods contrary to the points in the user manual are not covered by the warranty.
8) The consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in the place where the consumer's place of residence is located or where the consumer transaction is made in disputes that may arise regarding the use of the rights arising from the warranty.
9) In case this warranty certificate is not provided by the seller, the consumer may apply to the General Directorate of Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance of the Ministry of Trade.
10) The above provisions are for the products that have a warranty obligation in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, and we undertake that the products that do not fall within this scope will be under the warranty of our company for at least two years.
