Automatic Carpet Cleaning Machine Dass EXPERT 3200C

The Dass Duster-M 3200 is a high-performance carpet dust extraction system engineered for professional cleaning facilities. With a suction capacity of 4,000 liters per minute and an 80-liter dust collection bag, it removes deeply embedded and hardened solid dirt from carpet fibers with exceptional efficiency. Its 450 kg industrial build ensures stable operation, suppressing vibration and supporting long-term durability even under continuous workload.

Designed as a pre-cleaning solution before automated carpet washing machines, the Duster-M 3200 significantly improves wash results by eliminating dense particulate contamination in advance. A single operator can process up to 300 meters of carpet per hour, while optimized energy usage delivers 9 kW consumption per hour across a 500 m² cleaning surface. The system supports standard industrial carpet widths of 4.20 m, 3.20 m, and 2.70 m, making it compatible with a wide range of commercial carpet types.

For safe and efficient performance, a compliant electrical infrastructure is essential. Professional facilities operating carpet dust removal and washing equipment must maintain properly grounded electrical lines and routinely test residual current protection devices (RCD) to meet occupational safety standards. Operating the machine in a closed, isolated indoor section with an effective ventilation and air filtration system is strongly recommended. This prevents extracted dust from dispersing into the workspace and ensures that cleaned carpets remain free from secondary contamination.

A controlled environment not only protects freshly washed carpets from dust settlement but also supports superior air quality for personnel, delivering a safer and more hygienic operation. For full technical details, installation guidance, and pricing information, our team is available to provide support tailored to your facility’s needs.
