Dass SW 150DD: Advanced Diesel Sweeper with Hydraulic Dump System
The Dass SW 150DD is a compact yet powerful diesel-powered wide-area sweeper, designed for high-performance cleaning across large surfaces. With 360-degree maneuverability and a theoretical cleaning capacity of 5,000 m² per hour, it significantly reduces cleaning time—allowing tasks that typically take 6–7 hours to be completed in just 1–2.
Equipped with a 1000 mm main brush and a 300-liter waste bin, the machine delivers an effective 1450 mm working width. The waste bin, weighing in at 700 kg with the vehicle, can be hydraulically lifted up to 1430 mm, enabling easy disposal of collected debris. The integrated hydraulic dump system adds efficiency and convenience during operation.
The center roller brush is supported by a recall spring system that helps the sweeper handle bumps without damage. Both the vehicle and brush movements are fully controlled through a hydraulic interface on the driver’s panel, allowing for adjustable pressure settings based on floor type and dirt levels.
Manufactured in Turkey, this rider-type sweeper can be customized to meet specific customer requirements, with optional technical features available. It also supports disinfection functions and operates with minimal dust, making it a versatile and preferred choice for industrial-scale cleaning.
