How the System Works

AQUAWASHER’s operation is based on precision engineering and smart automation.
The entire washing process is completed in just a few minutes through a series of efficient and synchronized steps:

  1. Underbody Wash
    Cleans the wheels and lower vehicle body, removing heavy dirt and road grime.

  2. Fly Remover Application
    Softens and loosens fly residues and tough contaminants for easier removal.

  3. Foaming Process
    Six nozzles evenly coat the vehicle surface with dense foam for a deep clean.

  4. High-Pressure Wash
    Fourteen nozzles deliver water at 150 bar pressure, ensuring thorough rinsing and dirt removal.

  5. Quick Wax Application
    A fast-acting wax is applied to the surface, enhancing gloss and water repellency.

  6. Drying Process
    Four powerful 7.5 kW fans provide an efficient drying phase, leaving no water spots.
