Product Information
Dass Vega 30B is a battery-powered scrubber dryer developed for the regular cleaning of hard floors in areas of approximately 500–1,500 m². Its cordless configuration supports a more flexible cleaning route in supermarkets, schools, hospitals, offices, warehouses and other facilities with busy circulation areas.
Controlled Cleaning Without a Trailing Cable
The 24 V battery system removes the need to locate sockets or manage a power cable during operation. A 38 cm brush and 55 cm working width balance manoeuvrability with practical floor coverage. The machine scrubs the surface and recovers dirty water within the same cleaning process, helping reduce residual water and unnecessary repeat passes.
Balanced Tank and Motor Configuration
A 30-litre solution tank and 35-litre recovery tank provide balanced capacity for planned cleaning routes in medium-sized facilities. The 600 W brush motor and 500 W vacuum motor form a coordinated washing and recovery system. A 20 kg brush pressure supports controlled cleaning when the correct brush or pad is selected for the floor and soil type.
Suitable Applications
Vega 30B can be used on water-resistant hard floors such as concrete, epoxy, ceramic tile, granite, marble and PVC. Actual productivity depends on the surface, soil level, turning frequency and the selected brush or pad. The stated 1,500 m²/h value is a theoretical cleaning capacity.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does the floor remain wet after cleaning?
Scrubbing and dirty-water recovery take place during the same process. Correctly adjusted squeegee blades and proper operation help minimise water left on the surface.
What does the 75 Ah battery rating mean?
The 75 Ah figure states the battery storage capacity. Exact operating time depends on battery technology, floor resistance, brush pressure and working method, so a fixed shift duration is not claimed.
Which brush should be used?
The brush or pad must be selected according to the floor material and type of soil. Softer tools are preferred for sensitive surfaces, while more aggressive options may be used on durable floors with heavier soil.
